Formatting a hard drive?

I have a computer that I build and I want to reformat the disk. The problem is that files that have missing Let me custom Windows Start building im in the PC. So I inserted the disc into my PC you want another format. Is there a free software to do this …? Or is there a way that can give full format directly from the computer, I installed the reader in ..? the computer, I installed in a computer game and now has 2 units in this if I make a third reader. any help or instructions on how to be helpful. Easy. When connecting to your PC, once recognized, and the drive appears in "My Computer" Right click the drive and click on "Format".
